Picking up something....very strange right now, near where CHU is supposed to be.  Anyone have any idea what it is? QTH of the SDR is Rochester, NY.

It's a military communications mode. There's one at 6942 USB that most of the shortwave pirate enthusiasts are all too familiar with, because it's there almost every night. But they have it in other places on the SW spectrum too.
