0110 sign on with mentions of an email address but to much static to make it out. Also requested reports to FRN and HF Underground, repeated station several times. Now playing music (new age?). 25242

Rave on Radio since 0115z good signal and audio SIO 333 into south central WI, 0135z ID and off air
