UNID 6935 USB 2150 UTC 11 Nov 2018
« on: November 11, 2018, 2152 UTC »
2150 UTC "Over There"-Henry Burr and the Peerless Quartet
2152 UTC "I May Be Gone For A Long, Long Time"-The Peerless Quartet
2155 UTC "Hello Central, Give Me No Man's Land"-Al Jolson
(Awesome S7 signal here with nice USB audio!)
2158 UTC "When Tony Goes Over the Top"-Van and Schenck
2201 UTC "You'll Find Old Dixieland In France"-Van and Schenck
2203 UTC "It's A Long Way to Tipperary"-Billy Murray
(There seems to be some kind of utility noise intermittent that is quite annoying)
2207 UTC "Keep the Home Fires Burning"-Frederick J. Wheeler
2211 UTC "Pack Up Your Troubles In Your Old Kit Bag"-Reinald Werrenrath
2213 UTC "America Here's My Boy"-Henry Burr
2215 UTC Unid tune Shazam would not ID despite many tries
2218 UTC "Goodbye Broadway, Hello France"-American Quartet
2221 UTC "You're A Grand Old Flag"-American Quartet
2224 UTC "Somewhere In France Is Daddy"-Charles Hart
2227 UTC "Bring Back the Kaiser"-American Quartet
2229 UTC "US Field Artillery"-John Phillip Sousa
2223 UTC "A Baby's Prayer At Twilight"-Henry Burr
(Damned hissing noise is back again....jerks)
Further listening is almost impossible....if that is the alleged high speed trader ute then they need a good spanking......markets open somewhere?
2240 UTC "There's A Long, Long Trail"-John McCormack

Tip of the hat to all the United States Veterans wherever they are, living or deceased and Thank you for the very fine tribute of WW2 songs on this Veterans Day 2018!
Too bad some scumbags had to ruin it with totally uncalled for and unnecessary wideband utility activity. I would imagine they have no respect for our Veterans.

Very interesting how the ute disappeared after the station QRT'd.....

11 th would have been my mother's 102 birthday. She was born '16, but as a kid she sang these songs then years later sang again and that's where I heard them. Thanks for memories.

2246- some deep fades coming in.
