Heard Radio Republica via Issoudoun, France, with two male hosts talking in Spanish with obviously frequent mentions of Cuba and Cubans.

This came in with a fair signal at best, but it was absolutely clear of interference against a low noise floor on the frequency; just a bit of fading and hiss. This still is "officially" a clandestine, right?

Currently yes it is considered a clandestine but that definition continues to get watered down..
