40W GaN Portable Tx

Only a few left now.

Programmable to ANY frequency from 1-8MHz. B/W is 200KHz as its class E.

40W carrier so 160W pep. 24V.

6x4x2, 2lb, so small enough to fit in a jacket pocket.

Will supply programmer and instructions.

Many, many hours testing on this design.

Didn't want any complaints from the SDR Googlers!

I've found it will easily cover 1MHz, so 6.0-7.0 MHz with 40W o/p and >90% efficiency.

The 40W is also VERY conservative but wanted to keep it reliable and the cooling requirements minimal. A small integral fan is included.

Class D modulator, 160 size MT, Class D/E GaN generator with AD9833 programmable DDS.

No junk box components, All the latest tech.
