6966 USB and 6980 USB seem to be their favorite frequencies.  I wonder if they're related to the Jamaican stations often heard on 27515 LSB and other nearby 11 meter frequencies...

Heard an OM and YL with similar accents on 6290 LSB last night. Don't know if they are the same operators but very heavy accents on both parties.
