6925 AM, 0045-0139 UTC: All instrumental music set, mix of surf rock (Ventures, Surfaris), "Telstar", Hawaiian-style slide or steel guitar, blues harmonica (possibly J. Geils Band), Billy Preston "Outa-Space".  Mention of special QSL, snail mail drop address in Pennsylvania, not clear.
SINPO - 33322, QRM from SSTV in USB, different op, between 0100-0110z.  (N. Central TX)
