UA woennyj stan 3731 LSB 2317 UTC 04 Dec 2018
« on: December 04, 2018, 2332 UTC »
2317 UTC UA has changed the profile of propaganda. Political commentaries recorded with the participation of professional commentators (M&W), are provided in Ukrainian.
The Russians disturb the broadcasting of Russian and English music.
Both stations are very strong, but UA is better to hear.
- during the daytime hours on 3731, the carrier tests are carried out,
- on 7055 there was silence

I wonder if they're doing similar things on other bands (other parts of HF as well as the CB/11-meter and VHF/UHF bands that are used by Ukraine military and militias).  Seems like ham operators are a relatively small audience - although the Russians are certainly good at propaganda via all forms of mass media..
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m

Kris, I know you weren't able to post a recording here, but would it be possible for you to email me one?  I could post it on one of my archive pages with a link for others to hear.  These are fascinating logs! Thanks - SL
