Listening to several (at least two) stations on 1710. There is a loop being broadcast at 0355z. "This is Radio Station WQFD689" they are talking about some kind of a technical issue and that they are working on resolving it. Very weak and noisy signal and the other station does not help.

Did you catch a Christmas music station there in the same time frame, MTQ? The local city sponsored Christmas light display is now on a LPFM.

I don't know what this one was, but it was loud.
