Very weak signal with moderate noise and fading here in Eastern Mass.

Sounds like an old-time radio play.
If anyone has a better copy I'd appreciate it!

Thanks guys for coming back to me with the ID!
The transmission hung around for aver 30 min but I was not able to pull it out of the noise for a positive id.

What you have received is Old Time Radio (OTR) - broadcaster of long ago radio plays, commercials, and music. Much like you, I have it very weak now but it never gets better than fair here.
