1647 UTC with guitar instrumental, good signal via MD SDR.
1707 with SSTV or CW then English with various frequencies being read
OFF at 1740 UTC

Fair signal that is getting a bit better.  Afflicted by a scratchy noise that has been around all morning and is uncharacteristic.

I found them at 1648.  1651 and the signal strength went up a lot; from S4 to S6.  Much better listening!

1708 UTC - Signal is S7 in WNY, slight fades, audio ok.
1712 UTC - Signal now S9, broadcast with lots of hissing noise and numbers.
