Poor/fair reception, just over noise

1321 Two OM's talking can't make out much of conversation
1328 Gone or completely under noise
1330 Coming through again, less noise but more faint....YL and OM talking
1332 Musical interlude
1334 Child talking with OM to musical transition
1406 Talking among a group of people but still can't make out conversation
