Heard it on both the Pahrump and Pennsylvania SDR's, YL operator mentioning Frasier Frasier? and got a recording of it.

The female op was a E4 or E6 flight checking into the net, the louder male station grossly distorted was a HFGCS ground station, they've been distorted for a few days now.
