0017: Sounds like the station was trying to initiate a SSTV

SDR recording catch. Came on at 0011 with Dire Straits "Money For Nothing." A bit off frequency, sounds better at 6949.983 kHz. Signal was a solid SIO 333.
Song cut off in the middle at 0013.
Came back on late in the 0014 minute, signal was weaker, SIO 111.
At 0016 signal suddenly jumped way up, but song cut out again after a few seconds.
Test tones at 0017. Like PSWL I thought that it might be for SSTV but none were sent. They continued on and off til 0026.

SDRPlay RSPdx & RSP2pro, Airspy Discovery HF+, Icom IC-7100, Grundig Satellit 750, Realistic DX-300, Tecsun PL-600.
