S6 @ 2126 with "Some Kind Of Wonderful".  Some siren sounds in background at one point.
2128 - not sure if more than one station on frequency.  YL with 'no rules, no protocol....', along with sirens and "Some Kind Of Wonderful" all at the same time.

Heard from 2113 with sirens, music, synth YL saying what sounds like "pirate radio no rules, no direction, no protocol".  Pee Wee, perhaps?  SIO 444.
