via the COMMSIGMA KiwiSDR On the CT/MA border, tuned in at 2139 UTC. 

Frequency / QRG :   6400 kHz 6.400 MHz 6.4 MHz

Use by Pyongyang Broadcasting Station North Korea DPRK in AM mode (6400 kHz AM), however I am hearing fishing fleet comms, I believe in Portuguese (maybe not?) on 6400 USB mode.  Weak carrier on 6400 kHz presumed to be Pyongyang while the pescadores chat away on 6400 USB.
