7958 kHz LSB 7.958 MHz LSB,

Heard several English words, including "roger" "safari" and then a mention of Sao Paulo...(possibly Brazilians!) - "con el radio" - this might be Portuguese...then back to English

"hello, brotha" at 2230 UTC.  "you can be in contact" "maybe we catch up in a bit and all that?" "come by"
