11610 KHZ @ 21:36  UTC 12 Feb. 19 (15:36 CST Local) ) with a Y/M giving an English lesson on how to translate the phrase "I was disappointed to no end.".   21:38 Interview with 2 female announcers in Chinese.    Pretty good signal for a mid-day RX site in heavy snowfall.
