6874.4/.5 AM, 0200 UTC: Man's voice repeating nonsense phonetics "Uniform, Golf, okay, thank you, over", "Bob" or "Pop", etc., sounded like looped or sampled audio, then music: http://www.mediafire.com/?dzyzsmy1l5j
0202z - Sycko Radio ID, said using 25 or 35 watts, AM, vertical antenna, mentioned using Corsair built by Bad Andy.  Lost signal after 0210 UTC.
SINPO - 32222, noisy, ute QRM, fading.  (N. Central TX)
