Copied when I was on my lunch break, using my trusty Tecsun PL-600. Transmitted from Madagascar, it was rolling in with a SIO 555 signal like many transmissions from that island do. OM speaker who gave lots of mentions of Uganda in presumed Kinyarwanda language.
