Heard a station with S7 to S9 signal here in Central Pennsylvania USA playing two Steely Dan songs. Very clear and power signal too. At 0308 the station signed off. At 0318 'Testing 1,2 Testing 1,2' via an OM 

Thanks for the music whom ever that was testing their equipment.
