Thank you for posting this. Incidentally, I had no copy of V24 today, March 1 at 1530 on 6310 AM. I tuned in at my own QTH, Token SDR in California, and Soy Sauce SDR in Chiba Japan. So most likely it won't be on the 3rd or 8th either.

SDRPlay RSPdx & RSP2pro, Airspy Discovery HF+, Icom IC-7100, Grundig Satellit 750, Realistic DX-300, Tecsun PL-600.
MLA-30 active loop, G5RV dipole.

So far this month (as of March 09, 2019) I have heard no V24 transmissions at all.  They have done this before, but that makes up to 9 missed transmissions and the month is not 1/3 over.

Same. I haven't tried to copy each one but I have tuned in to the three different usual frequencies scheduled from the 1st through the 9th at least once, using the usual mix of home QTH and online SDR's, and copied nothing.

Finally had a V24 transmission this month.  One of the 1600z time slots on 5115 kHz.  Last month only the 5900 kHz slots were active at 1600z, and none of the 5115 kHz slots.  This month the first active transmission was a 5115 kHz TX.

5115   11-03-2019   1600z   V24   AM
South Korean numbers station V24, YL, KK, K-pop intro music, fair here in the Mojave Desert of California.

And again V24 transmits in the 1600z time slot on 5115 kHz.  So far half the month gone and only 2 transmissions, both at 1600z and on 5115 kHz.
