+/- : about 0.02 offset, ++/-- 0.03/0.04 offset

VG signal on one of the Brazilian SDRs. Latino & country music, including Freddy Fender "Wasted Days and Wasted Nights." "This is Radio Pirana International coming to you from South America." Most talk in Spanish, but the pre-recorded bits, such as one with the e-mail address, are in English. Abba "Dancing Queen"
