Please be sure to get the beta and not the release version.

This version adds support for reading I/Q files written with kiwirecorder.py as well as saved from a web browser connected to a KiwiSDR. Most KiwiSDRs only record up to a 10 kHz (+/-5 kHz) bandwidth in I/Q mode, although some do 20 kHz, so you can decode half the DGPS band at once.
