The AD9850 (seen in the photo of this DDS ) and AD9851 DDS boards off eBay do not use a TCXO oscillatior time base so they will drift around a bit. If you use it for AM that's fine. If you want high stablity I would change it to a .1 PPM TCXO this can be easily added to the AD9851 30 MHz time base. You can buy the TCXO off eBay. The DDS I designed is better than .01 Hz stability.

Specs:

• Frequency Range 100KHz to 30MHz

• Steps: 1Hz 1KHz 100KHz en 1MHz.

•  12 volt (no current draw supplied but can't be much)
