Carrier with a few bits of audio

Later: Checked 6900 on about 5 SDRs around the East & had nothing on any of them.

Quite possibly Sound of Hope / Chinese Jamming Service - I have noted them here before with weak audio, even in the daytime during the winter.

That's pretty cool; I used to hear a Chinese regional or two in the late afternoons on 43m about 20 years ago
