You are correct, usually replies to many posts, nothing read from him in a few weeks now, hope he is fine, maybe he won the lottery and went on extended vacation? Let's us hope so... ;)

As bad as the fires were last summer in Orange Co. and the rain over the winter, I wonder if he's in the middle of major house repairs?
