8890 USB @ 00:36 28 March 19 ( 19:36 cdt local ) in English:

10:36 .  "8837"
10:37:   " Hotel Golf" . (followed by warble tones)
10:37 .  " Backup 8837"    (checked on the 7700 and 750.  Nothing)
10:38   "Try me again in 5 or 10 minutes...."

May have been hams but no call signs, ID's or QTH.

10:43  Briefly resurfaced but indecipherable
Primary: Yaesu FRG-7700  Secondary: ICOM R75 Tertiary: Grundig  750. Tecsun PL-990X, Tecsun PL-880 . Malahit DSP SDR V3,  Alpha Delta  SWL Sloper antenna. : Also, 1940 Mantola am/sw tube. CountyComm GP-5/SSB hand held, Tecsun PL-380 ,et al.  QTH: EAST TROY WI  USA.  Sea Level: + 320 meters .  75 miles (but not far enough) NNW of Chicago

8890 has been known in the past to be used by aviation traffic, although the allocated frequency would be 8891 if you use the 3KHz steps.

8834 is a RDARA frequency in this part of the world (Oceania).

8834 is a HFDL frequency in South Africa.
