Ghosts in the Airglow, via HAARP

I don't think HAARP fits any regular station classification so here this will be posted. I recorded the transmission for March 28, 0800-0900 UTC on various frequencies (mostly 2820, 3350, 3315, and 8000 kHz) and was able to decode several SSTV's. Will upload those later as I'm short of time, but here's a video clip of one being copied.
