Somewhat better reception. Copied using a netSDR receiver, 670 ft sky loop antenna, and my Black Cat HF Weather Fax app: https://www.blackcatsystems.com/software/hf_weather_fax.html

The glitch was on the transmission end, I was also decoding with the KiwiSDR (same antenna) and will post it as a followup message.

Same transmission, using the KiwiSDR and same antenna, poorer quality, but the same glitch.
