2152 UTC Hearing something deep in the low noise floor with a 5 second fade up at 2154 UTC with an unid rap tune

Weird Al's take on "Smells Like Teen Spirit before the ID, then his "Money For Nothing" parody and then "The Hot Rocks Polka".  Appears to be all Weird Al, all the time!
