Tuned into the middle of an SSTV at 0002. Good signal here in Denver. Bluesy tune at 0005 UTC.
The usual -15 to -20 Hz that identifies Skippy is present.

Tuned in at 0042.  At 0053, is 10 to 15 dB above the noise.  Some non-EE QRM in the background that was dominating until the pirate's signal strength increased at about 0048.
