Ray, there are two stations broadcasting on that frequency now. The illegal relay of KBS World and the pirate station United AM. KBS World (illegal relay possible in the UK) is what you heard playing k-pop.  At 0255 - Belinda Carille(of the Go-go's) -Circle In the Sand was played on United AM.

Requesting reports every 15 minutes, nothing else, only music,
and the reply (signed Rob), agreeing the report for 3905 kHz says the TX is in the east of the NL with a power of 300 watts. That would be a strange relay...
