6930.2 AM SIO 322-323

Fair signal with some fading - getting some QRM from the 'chopper' here too.

03:01z 'Master Of Puppets' - Metallica
03:12z "...you are listening to The Crystal Ship..." ID by Poet followed by female pc ID
03:13z 'We Want The Airwaves' - Ramones

Audio(03:06z-03:16z): http://www.archive.org/download/ShortwavePirateRadioCont/TheCrystalShipnrsRelay6930_2Am0306z-0316z10-27-11.mp3

Good to hear Poet's Crystal Ship again! :)

Also recorded NRS a bit longer after the TCS relay, but switched to USB for better copy.

Audio(03:22z-03:51z): http://www.archive.org/download/ShortwavePirateRadioCont/NorthernRelayService6930_2Am-usb0322z-0351z10-27-11.mp3

Thanks guys! :)

Wow !what unstable bands the last few days. Was great when I went on . Wall to wall good signals on the spam band 40m . J Farley reported some QRM so I Shut down for 2 minutes and heard the sweepers on there blurting away, but decided to carry on. When I signed off the power line noise was through the roof and the northern lights were blasting through the clouds.

Thanks for the audio Sealord makes for some good background for my morning joe.
