Heard tonite on 4775 KHZ @ 0435 UTC ( 23:35 CDT Local ) in English.  Younger man with a Somalian accent giving a sermon on peace vs violence, "Leviticus Chapter 2 " etc.   Signal totally disappeared at 04:43  and returned  a minute later.   Sounded like a TX glitch.    Very weak signal all around.
