0200 signal signed on, fair strength. ID based on email received saying he would be on tonight. No Redhat as of yet. (Signal stronger as of 0202)
0203 now having terrible static crashes, hearing OM sounds like Redhat.
0205 "Radio" Rammstein
0210 Redhat with X-FM ID and talking about conditions.
0215 HFU shoutouts
0217 X-FM canned ID and Redhat with email into "Long Gone" Chris Cornell
0222 X-FM ID inot "Lullaby" Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes
0226 "Pardon Me" Incubus
0230 "Runaway" Linkin Park
0233 "Victoria" Eve 6
0236 Redhat on the mic... the suicides of Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington... Something about Genesis from 1974... X-FM email, inviting reception reports.... other topics... recordings count as reception reports.... doesn't care if you hear him on an online SDR... checking to see if anything's happening at the Free Radio Cafe... Reading HFU posts... thanks for tuning in... xfmshortwave at gmail dot com.
0246 "When is the Future?" VNX Nation
0250 "The Geeks Were Right" The Faint

Probably going to retire from the shack soon... have work in the morning and the signal is having a hard time fighting the static. Thanks as always for the show Redhat. ++

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

All gear is down here due to a recent lightning strike, but have been sampling Kiwis across the USA and CAN with generally good signals.

Also checked in at a cupla my fave overseas NDB Kiwis:

Bjargtangar, Iceland with a surprisingly nice signal at times.
Carlow, Ireland with JBA audio from time to time.
Pedro Juan Caballero, Paraguay noting a carrier from time to time.

Thanks for the show!

FWIW; there's also a bit of lightning QRN up in ISL tonite...

0330 "...I come from the land of ice and snow..."   still able to listen in AM mode via this remote; very impressed with how you're getting out tonite.

Hello RH. Catching the Mighty X on 6285 here among the nasty storms with a S7-S9 and great audio doing shout outs to HF Underground at 0244 into "Wings Of The Future" at 0247. Storms are getting closer with horrible lightning going on. Switching over to the NA5B online SDR and signal is S8 and audio excellent. ID at 0250. Fallout Boy at 0254. Thanks for the show RH, awesome tunes! Too bad there are so many storms up here, but that is summertime! :)

03:23 XFM ID followed with "Risk" by Metric.  A tough copy tonight even with S7-9 signal because of storm static all around here in SE VA tonight.  Basically I'm dealing with "Storms to the left of me, lightning to the right and here I am, stuck in the middle with you"   ;D Still a good listen as always & thanks for the show Redhat!
