Excellent reception on the Zenith 8S154 (seems like I'm there in person).  Annual contest to pick best song in Europe (and invited/qualifying nations - Australia).  Each national selects best song then in competition versus other nations.  Winning song's country hosts following year - this year in Isreal.  On until 2300 utc?

1937 YL singer in English, unid song.  There are Greek announcers in between songs talking over English speaking contest emcees.  Songs have been in several languages, an enjoyable variety of tunes.
2026  The obligatory playing of ABBA's "Waterloo" the 1974 Eurovision winner.
2306 Playing of winning song from The Netherlands.
