1659 UTC Hearing this right at the noise floor
1700 UTC "Heroes"-David Bowie (Signal jumped up to S3) segued into "Cool For Cats"-Squeeze (Signal bouncing back and forth between threshold and S3)

Tuned into Thomas Dolby "She Blinded Me with Science" sig seemed to move off freq, then returned. Excellent. My guess is Mix R Int'l
