Very faint signal copyable under the noise here (19m has a lower noise floor at my QTH than most, but nothing close to middle-of-nowhere low). Soon it will be copyable when the English broadcast transmits between 1300 and 1400. Waiting for that is like anticipating the cherry blossoms in spring, because the window of time where that's possible is about as narrow.
