YHWH 7480 AM 0409 UTC 30 MAY 2019
« on: May 30, 2019, 0432 UTC »
Thanks to Ron for the report from the other day, or else I probably wouldn't have been looking for this. Very weak signal but enough bits of audio to recognize the op and even hear the word "Yahweh" to positively identify the station. Propagation is poor, perhaps most of the signal is skipping me as the carrier fades out a lot. Still on as of 0432z but just a trace.

May 30 -  YHWH on 7480 kHz., with reception in California mostly unreadable the whole time (0302-0521* UTC); tuned into UNID station
(extremely weak); by 0310, was fairly sure it was him and by 0340, positive was YHWH; at 0405, the usual strange sounding song ("Days
of Hard Life"), which was played again before going off the air (0517-0520).

BTW - Some might wonder how I could spend several hours listening to an unreadable signal? Was curious as to how long he would be on
the air and if he would change frequency. All the while when listening to YHWH in my car at the beach, I was re-reading a good novel ("The
Jewel In The Crown"), so the time went by rather pleasantly.
