Weak station playing rock. OM gave the ID but it was too weak to pick out clearly. I believe it may have been Cave Man Radio, but I dunno. Thanks for the show.

Signal coming in louder now, bouncing around between S7 and S8. Reegae type music at the moment.

Like most stuff heard here today, it's not really clear and loud, but the music's holding its own above the noise.

As of 0340 UTC, this signal keeps improving. I've been doing other things while listening, but I heard "If You Don't Know Me By Now," "What's Love Got to Do With It" and a bunch of rock tunes. Also, it sounds like some sort of recorded DJ chatter at times?

0352 UTC, a Janet Jackson song, then a male DJ talking, then a song that Shazam ID'ed as "Unnecessary Words" by Platina. But it sounds like the songs are being cut off mid-song and then a new one plays. As of 0357, Pat Benatar's "Love is a Battlefield" is playing ... and now that's stopped a moment later.

Anyway, the talking is still difficult to copy, but the signal and audio are strong enough that the Shazam app's picking up the songs. S-4 to S-5 on my radio's meter.

0402 UTC: Sudden silence ... gone?

Tuned in at 0328utc, weak signal under slowly increasing noise from approaching storms now about 100 miles (162km) west of me, hear electronic pop music and singers that are using that weird note stabilizing device,
Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

0334 weakly audible in Denver. Thanks for the show!
0342 signal improved to fair quality. OM was on a few minutes ago, sounded possibly like a parody ad.
0402 signal stayed fair until QRT at 0402
