I've seen posts for this before, odd. A harmonic of 6770? Pretty close in freq. Or does that only happen in 3rds?

1421 UTC I'm hearing this under a very loud industrial sounding clunker I have on this frequency all the time. Fading in and out and sure does sound like OTR!

1452 Extremely weak here, just above the noise floor. Using LSB mode to avoid some of the crud on 22 meters.
