Robin Hood Radio 6930 USB 0240 UTC 18 Jun 2019

Hearing music in the noise, maybe someone has a better copy than me?
0243 - "Color In Your Cheeks" by The Mountain Goats [according to Shazam].  S3 and would be fair copy if not for all the lightning crashes
0245 - OM talking with echo effect, getting some OTHR interference.

Maybe a trace of music at the noise floor? But it's so weak I also could be imagining it. Otherwise, I've got nothing audible (other than the periodic OTHR) here.

Some weak music heard for a few minutes on the SDR recording starting around 0237 UTC. Maybe an SIO 322.
0315 Faded back in again.
0322 OM speaking, if there was an ID I missed it.
0323 SSTV - aha looks like Robin Hood Radio to me.

0405 Lost the signal.
