.....  whiskey lima 3 2 0 foxtrot uniform mike juliet quebec quebec xray delta charlie charlies 2 kilo charlie 5 romeo romeo romeo romeo.... etc etc .  with the following QRT close-out:

"THIS COMPLETES THE 116 CHARACTER MESSAGE - RECTANGLE, OUT."  @ 1408
