Undercover Radio - 5109.75 AM ?
« on: November 12, 2011, 0432 UTC »
Identified as Undercover Radio shortly after 0400z and again at 0421z. Announced this is a "10 Watt Northwoods Broadcast".

Before and after it is atmospheric music with male "affirmation" monologue. I think he identified himself as Dr. Benway, not sure there was a noise peak over that.

That's WBCQ's Area 51 block.  You'll often hear various live and pre-recorded pirate programs relayed.  Some ops may relay for others, so you may hear more than one ID.
