Ditto, hearing RWI on 7415 with strong AM signal since around 0220z.  Lots of familiar rock (Clash "London Calling") and country, some unfamiliar stuff.  Not sure if legit broadcaster relay, pirate or some sorta in-between gray area.

Caught part of it as well, and it looks to have been these guys.  More info at their site, but apparently this will be happening on the 13th (tomorrow) as well.  Their history booklet is a neat look into their past.
