Music, fair signal. Good chance of being Mix Radio Int'l, sideband looks at least 8 kHz wide. No characteristic slight LSB that I can see though.

The radio appears to be badged Nordmende , made in Germany .  Not sure of the year or model but after 1947. 
I once had one, but sold it to a german radio collector. Not surprising i guess. They are high quality and play well after a goings over.
They started in an old Focke Wulf factory maybe that one was made there
Those are/ were not that common in the wild here at least.
