Once again... it's the sugar. Cut sugar out of your diet, you don't need it, there's no benefits to eating sugar, and it can only harm you.

"Increased daily consumption of about 3.4 ounces of soda -- roughly a third of a can of Coke -- was associated with an 18% greater risk of some cancers in a study published in the British Medical Journal. The likelihood of breast tumors alone rose even more, by 22%."

Fruit juices, orange included, have never been nutritious, even though they are marketed that way. Just a way to get lots of sugar.  Prior to WWII few people drank OJ.
