M08a
« on: May 07, 2019, 1412 UTC »
Still no M08a. The last time that I copied it was in late february. Today I heard a strong carrier on 8096 kHz at 1357 UTC for 2 minutes and again at 1400 UTC for ca 2 minutes. Nothing else. I don't know if it was them or not. I stopped listening at 1412 UTC

Nothing heard on 8136 LSB at 23:08 UTC, may have appeared to cease transmissions or transmitter needs to be fix?

Is it possible that M08a is targeting its broadcasts south, or in some other direction then at North America? The carrier and very faint morse beeping I could hear even remotely at Texas and Florida, but perhaps its not being heard well because they aren't targeting it at North America at the moment? There could even be an internal recipient or in one of its neighboring Carribean nations.
