Heard/seen something when using the RTL-SDR v3 for the first time in a year or two.
Weak to fair on some KIWI's in the NE. House music?
Still going at 0405 UTC.

Heard again last night, earlier and louder but soon faded under the Springfield and Hudson TIS stations. Instrumental music with lots of low end. Long pauses between tracks and long fade in fade outs.

Just Hudson County at 1113z with a recording saying their station is broken.  I'll try to remember to check 1710 early this evening.

I checked over the weekend & only heard the TIS with a strong signal running their usual technical difficulties loop. When this happens, they should just shut off the transmitter
